$2900/m for the whole unit, or $1350/m for the second bedroom (roommate is an Engineering school graduate). Utility + internet depends (usually $100~ $150 for the whole unit)

If you take the whole unit and want to stay longer, you can talk to the manager.

You can have all the furniture if you want.
