I am looking for a long-term (about 6 months +) roommate that is a young professional or student. All brand new furniture, counters, and flooring. There is a large balcony attached to the apartment, and free access to the apartment's two pools and workout room. The apartment includes lots of storage space and a private locked storage unit. I currently have the entire apartment furnished with furniture, appliances, and kitchenware. There is a carport in the back and street parking is always open.

My current roommate is moving out of the country and has a bed if you are looking to buy it off her. I also have extra bedroom supplies if you need any. The room can come unfurnished as well.

Room for one person only. Please no pets.

The building is in Palo Alto and is located at El Camino and Ventura, about a 7-minute drive/15 min bike ride to Stanford and Downtown Palo Alto. Walking distance to California Ave and Caltrain.
The bathroom/living/kitchen areas are shared.

Little about me: I'm a 28 year old female working in sales and I'm happy to share more information about myself if you send an email my way! I'm hoping to get the space filled soon (by the end of June or beginning of July). I prefer someone who is tidy and looking for a friendly situation! Preferably looking for a female roommate, but will consider a male roommate.
