We love our cute little house in Palo Alto!

• It's in the perfect location in Old Palo Alto / Professorville -- a short walk to the Stanford campus (5 minutes), University Ave (15 minutes), and California Avenue (10 minutes).

• Big windows and lots of light.

• We keep it really nice, furnished and decorated with things we love (like paintings by my grandmother).

• We have a beautiful porch, backyard, and garden...with roses, lavender, star jasmine, lily of the nile, and even a couple giant redwood trees!

ABOUT US

We are a couple in our early 30s who are getting married in October. We both work in education: my fiancee is on the leadership team of a high school in San Jose, and I am the entrepreneur-in-residence at an edtech investing firm in downtown Palo Alto. We love hiking, art, good friends, and hosting occasional cocktail parties.

ABOUT YOU

Our ideal housemate is responsible, laid back, kind, and fun. You also have plenty going on in your life -- i.e. you aren't a homebody! (If, for you, weekends are for lying in bed all day watching Netflix, maybe look for somewhere else.) Finally, we keep our house very clean and would expect you to do the same.

DETAILS

The rent is $1,750/month + utilities (which are usually under $75/month). The move-in date is July 1st and the move-out date is flexible -- you could do just a summer sublet or something long term if it's a good fit. If you're interested, please shoot us an email.
