I'm subletting my room in a 4-bedroom house in Atherton, address 45 Nora Way (about 12min from campus).

It is a very house large with a nice backyard and grill, living room and dining area is large and nice. The whole room including closet and shelves and an individual bathroom. House is fully furnished, has dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine and parking space. The house will be shared with a stanford MBA student and a stanford MBA graduate

The move-in date would be on or after July 1st, the move-out date would be around the 15th September (some flexibility here).

The price is 1,600 per month plus utilities
