We're looking for a reliable family to sublet our place while we're away July 27th-Sept 3rd.
The house is in Menlo Park Allied Arts neighborhood (10 min biking from campus, 5 min from PA or Menlo Park Caltrain Station).

The main house has 3 bedrooms (one parent room, 1 large kid's room with bunk beds and 1 baby room with a crib - 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 dining room.
In a large backyard for the neighborhood, there is a cottage with 2 small rooms (used as a guest room + a study).

Rent under market if we can rent the full period to the same tenant.
