Two friendly and relaxed housemates (both women, one subletting the other full-year) live on the top floor, and the middle floor is an open-plan study/kitchen/dining room/living room with nice appliances, wood flooring, and washer/dryer. Parking is very easy, and a couple spots are available on-site. Dates and price ($1,600/mo + utilities) negotiable for the right renter.
