Room available for a subletter in shared house in Palo Alto. Approximately 3-minute bike ride from Cal Ave Caltrain station, approximately 9-minute bike ride from Stanford.

The room comes furnished with a Queen Bed Mattress/Frame, Dresser, and small walk in closet. Bathroom is shared with one roommate. House is 3 bed, 1.5 bath and is full of recent Stanford Grads. There's a shared kitchen, washer/dryer, yard, and grill, as well as plenty of street parking. We also have two very friendly dogs and love hanging out outside!

Room is available August 1 to September 1 for $1200. If you want to sublet for a smaller portion of that month we will prorate rent accordingly.
