To sublet:

1 bedroom in a double occupancy (two bedroom) efficiency EV apartment, 6th floor of a midrise w/ balcony.

Available immediately to August 31st. 800$/month. 300$ deposit.

Unfortunately I do not think the space is gender-neutral; in other words, because I am male and my roommate is male, any potential sublicense must also be male.

Ensuite bathroom, shared with roommate. Bedroom and kitchen fully furnished. Sheets, towels, pillows provided.

This isn't a room for two people; rather you would have 1 male flatmate (in a different bedroom) who will be here most of the summer.

Scrub jays and hummingbirds are common visitors this time of year to the balcony. I do ask that you water the plants.
