House has a spacious kitchen, room has access to spacious master bathroom. room is adjacent to another room so one has to walk through that room to get to this room. this is an arrangement that works in our house if people are respectful. House includes washer/drier, plus space in the fridge for one person's stuff (designated shelf).

Details about the room: Comes furnished including good memory foam bed (but you provide all linen), has closet space, infinite storage, bookshelf space, heating, fans for cooling, various windows and room-darkening shades.
No pets, no smoking. Landlord-approved sublet so this is legitimate, but you don't need to sign our lease.
