In this free workshop the goal is to give people skills they need in the water to be able to float so there is time to be rescued. There will be a classroom discussion followed by time in the pool with one on one coaching and support from experienced swimmers on the PASA Cardinal Swim Team including certified lifeguards.

Drowning is the leading cause of unintentional death for children under the age of 5, and the second leading cause for children under the age of 14
