Selling two items as we don't need them in our new place any more.

1. RED PATIO UMBRELLA, LIKE NEW: 10 feet across, 8 feet high, offset design. The pole is off to the side, which allows for more room under the umbrella, and non-traditional patio furniture. Bought it in May 2017 and we've loved it on our small balcony. It withstood hard rains and extremely sunny days, and the fabric still looks brand new. We used two 50lb sand bags to maintain its balance (needed because it is top-heavy). Asking for $50 OBO. Note: the umbrella is not opened all the way in the attached photos.

We took a chance buying it despite the not-so-great reviews and we lucked ou with a good productt. The built is sturdy, all parts work like they should, and we used regular old sandbags instead of fancy umbrella bases to offset the weight. (Used a table cloth to hide the sandbags). We'll throw in the sandbags for free!

1. OSTER MICROWAVE - 0.9 cubic feet, 900 watts. Your standard microwave. Bought two years ago, still functioning at 100% without any issues. asking for $30 OBO.
