This room is furnished with a single bed, writing table, armchair, floor lamp with reading light, and walking in closet. You need to share the bathroom and kitchen with my family (two adults and a kid). The rent is $30 per day including all utilities. There are quite convenient public transport around Curtner Ave, such as 22, SE, as well as nice Da Sichuan and Hong Kong restaurants just nearby.
