We have a room for rent in our 3bed/2bath apartment. The room is fully furnished and all the furniture in the room were purchased less than 6 months ago, so basically brand new. The entire apartment is furnished and you don’t need to bring in any extra furniture. Ideal roommate would be an easy going Stanford affiliate who is clean and considerate. • Located in Sharon Heights, less than 5 minutes biking to Stanford. Can also use free Marguerite shuttle
• Safeway/CVS/Starbucks are within a 3 minute walk
• In unit washer/dryer
• Internet is with comcast at 100mbps
• Projector in the living room, perfect for watching movies
• PS4 available if you are into gaming
• Record player available, so bring on your music
• Heating/AC is central, forced air
• Heated community pool, right outside the patio
• Roommates are (me) a senior PhD and a recent grad working at a tech firm
