I am subletting my room in Oak Creek from Aug 8th to Sept 24th. The apartment (2bhk + 1bath) will most likely be empty in Aug but might have other room occupied.

The apartment is located at a walking distance from Stanford. The rent includes access to the pool, gym and clubhouse of Oak Creek and a reserved parking . Kitchen includes an oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge and garbage disposal. Non-furnished.

I am flexible on the start and end dates. The cost will be prorated for the number of days you occupy it. The monthly rate is $1,800/month, or $60/day which is negotiable.
