Hello!

We are looking for a 4th roommate to occupy the 3rd bedroom in our 3 BD house starting September 1st. Rent is $1600, utilities included. Security deposit will be $1600. Ideally we are looking for someone to fill the entire 2 months, but this is negotiable. Your room is the largest room in the house (in photos) and will be unfurnished, these photos are from the previous tenant.

The house: located on the border of the Mission and Bernal Heights near Precita Park and is a ~12 minute bike ride to the Caltrain station. The house is also close to the 101, 280, 24th st. BART station, and the tech shuttles. This house ROCKS, it has an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, a patio and backyard, garbage disposal, and granite counter tops.

About the three of us: We are three women in our 20s, D works at Stanford, A is a student, and R works and teaches design courses. D has lived in the BA for years and R&A are recent transplants. We like a balance of going out on the weekends and just hanging out at home. Between everyone's various commutes, we are all frequently out of the house.

What we're looking for in a roommate: We don't have a lot of expectations, we're open to any roommate, LGBTQ/POC friendly. We would like to keep common spaces tidy and are looking for a roommate whose interested in the same. Ideally we'll set up a casual chore wheel and a spreadsheet to divide the purchasing of things like tp, dish soap, etc.. If you're friendly and want to hang out, great, if you want to keep to yourself and do your own thing great too! You do you and we'll do us.
