I am a senior male PhD engineering student (soon to be a post-doctoral researcher) at Stanford. I have been living in Stanford housing for the last six years. I am quiet and clean, spend most of my time in the lab, and enjoy meeting and getting to know people. I am looking for a furnished room in an apartment, preferably located up to 10-15 minutes from campus by bike. I would prefer renting on a short term basis, say until January to begin, with a possibility of extending beyond that. My budget is ~ $1500-1600.
