Looking to sublet a room in family grad housing in Escondido Village on Stanford University. You would have your own room and share a kitchen and bathroom with one female PhD student. The other roommate is very clean and communicative to make the living situation work for both of you.
The house is in a relatively quiet complex with ample space, lots of light and even a little outdoor seating area in the backyard. It is fully furnished.
