So easy to use! Literally plug in and attach to any sink or faucet you want. Have high expectations, worth the money! I've lived in homes with dishwashers built in and this cleans better in my opinion. Don't need to pre-rinse if you don't want to. Put one little Cascade pod in and turn on the sink and your done! I can teach you how to use, very quick and easy. I've fit 4 large plates, 6 bowls, 4 large cups, 3 mugs, and a pasta bowl cooking pot and a bunch of other things in one cycle, and more than one pot in other cycles. It can fit a lot!!! Especially if you take the silverware holder out. I can also email you the manual. I bought this new $250! Works great no problems, I'm moving from my studio with no dishwasher to a new apartment with one built into the kitchen so I don't need it anymore. Inside the dishwasher is super clean, but the hose that connects to the faucet sits in the sink so only exterior wear, doesn't affect how it works.
