The house is around the corner from Safeway, Palo Alto Wine Shop, and Philz Coffee. We are looking for someone to occupy the room starting as soon as possible until 24th September 2017. Rent will be prorated based on the number of days occupied. The monthly rent is $2000, with another $75-100 for utilities.
