Hi there! I (male) just signed a lease to a 1 bed 1 bath apartment near campus on Curtner Ave in Palo Alto. I am looking to rent out the living room to a clean and courteous student or professional starting asap until the beginning of January. Currently, the living room is unfurnished, but I do have a nice queen sized air mattress that you can use to sleep on (you would have to get your own sheets, pillows, etc. though). You may furnish it as you please.

We would split the rent, utilities, and internet (already set up) costs in half. Your portion of the rent would be 1175 per month. There is laundry, a pool, and two bbq areas on-site and you will also have your own covered parking spot.
