I'm an incoming female researcher at Stanford and am looking for a sublet either on campus or in oak creek (the closer to campus the better). The ideal term will be 6 months to 1 year, but a quarter would also work. I'd also be willing to pay a bit extra than usual on-campus sublets. A studio would be the most preferred, but a bedroom or a bedroom w/ bath would also work. I'd also prefer that the living room of the place to not be sublet.
