This apartment has a shared living room/ kitchen, with a private bedroom and private bathroom. The sublet is for the fall quarter only, starting at the beginning of Autumn. After this quarter is up there may be the opportunity to take on the regular lease (you need to confirm this with the Kennedy housing front desk).
