I am subletting the master bedroom at 1511 Waverley St., available from Oct 21st - Nov 20th. The house is located in Old Palo Alto just a few blocks from Stanford campus and downtown Palo Alto. The room is available for $1400 for the month or $400 per week, plus utilities.
We’re a group of male Stanford graduate students (a mix of medical school, business school, and physics) who like to work hard and have fun. We’re looking for one person to fill my room from Oct 21st - Nov 20th.
We’re looking for a Stanford affiliate or young professional, preferably for the entire month of the sublease. Given that our house is older, the ideal candidate would be clean and also be comfortable with occasional messes in shared spaces (we’re not perfect here). Your private room will be fully furnished with mattress, dresser, desk, closet.
