I'm moving out of my studio end of September. I've lived here for two years and this is a very beautiful and cosy cottage in Palo Alto. The location is fantastic with a 5-7 min drive to Safeway, MilkPail, Whole Foods and also plenty of restaurants along El Camino. Its a 10 min drive to Stanford along Junipero Serra, a 10 min drive to Arastradero Preserve and very close to the walking/biking trail that leads to Stanford
This unit is fully furnished and beautifully done up. The kitchen is equipped with all the crockery, utensils, appliances. There is a cute little private yard with a bench as well as a patio in the front.

The only reason I'm moving out is that this unit is not suitable for pets and I need to move to a pet friendly apartment soon

*Located at the intersection of Arastradero and Cherry Oaks pl
*Completely furnished studio, fully equipped bathroom and kitchen
*All Utilities are included ( PG&E, Water, garbage, Internet) and the Washer/dryer is on site
*It has an attractive private patio and small private garden.
*It can comfortably accommodate 2 people but ideal for one
*10 min ride to Stanford
*5-7 min to Safeway, Milkpail market, Whole foods, Trader Joes, Costco, Walmart, San Antonio Caltrain station
*10 min to Arastradero preserve hiking trails

Shorter term for occupancy can be negotiated. Please reach out to me ASAP to book a time for viewing.
Longer term option beyond end of October, if needed, can be discussed with the owners and is subject to their approval, independent of this posting.
