FEMALE ONLY. Roommates are both female and friendly, a medical student and a mechanical engineer. We also have an adorable, medium-sized dog in the apartment (however she stays out of my room).

Asking for $1300/month, utilities included. Available from the beginning of October until next Spring/Summer (ideally 6-9 months), however dates are flexible.
