出租位于mountain view 的1b1b apartment. 交通便利，距离san Antonio caltrain station 步行五分钟，walking distance to trader joe's, walmart, wholefoods, target. 也有学校的校车可达。因为本人要离开两个多月，不忍浪费，特出租。房间很大（900 sq ft)，有家具（因为带小baby生活，家具都比较新，设备齐全）。适合一家人住。房租实际价格每月$2378.2。 如果只是一个人住，房租$1400每月，房租交给我，我会再找一个人住客厅；如果是一家人或多个人房租每月$2378.2。 另外加上水电垃圾网络（150～200美元左右）。如若您能保持房间整洁干净，我愿意私底下每月补贴200美元。

(1) It's available from 10/26/2017 to 1/3/2018, a little bit more than 2 months. I will be out of town during this time, and I will only ask for two month rent
(2) convenient location, 5 min walk to caltrain station, trader joes, walmart, whole foods etc. Free shuttle to Stanford
(3) spacious 1B1B, 900 sq ft, with all necessary furnitures. Furnitures are relatively new and in good conditions
(4) $1400/mo if only one person wants to rent, in that case, I will recruit another person to share the living room for ~$1000; $2378.2 for two persons or a family. This is the actual price of this apartment, I don't want to earn any money from this sublease. Utility fee is separate, includes water, trash, gas, electricity and internet, about $200/mo. Actually if you can keep my place nice and clean, I can pay the utility bill for you.
