I am looking for someone to take over (part of) my sublease agreement for period of about 2 weeks or more (flexible), from October 8th to October 23rd (start date can be as early as Oct 1st, but end date cannot be later than 23rd). It is $44/day ($305 for a week).

This is a master bedroom with attached bathroom in a 3 BR apartment. Place is all furnished and has everything you need including sheets etc (just like an airbnb house). Washer/dryer inside apartment. Room is large and can fit 2 people if you want to move in with someone else (there are two beds in the room, and total price is the same for two people). It is in an apartment complex with luxury amenities such as gym/bunch of swimming pools/billiard room/silent study room/self-car wash, etc. Washer/dryer in the apartment. Walking distance to De Anza college and right off freeways 280 and 85 (2 minute drive to 280 and 85). Apartment is on Parkwood Drive. Other tenants are all De Anza college students, they are very quiet, clean and respectful. I just graduated from Stanford with PhD and I really enjoyed living here, but I am moving somewhere closer to my work now.
