I will be moving in with my girlfriend so I'm looking to find a sublet immediately in Sunnyvale. I won't repeat any details since my roommates have drafted a pretty good description but I'll cover some info and provide some pics to color this great setup ( I'm in the process of moving so please ignore all of my packed belongings :) ).

• The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths
• Master bedroom is 13'5" x 12'9". Bathroom is quite spacious and almost half the size of the master bedroom (lots of storage)
• Washer, dryer and dishwasher included
• There is a very spacious backyard
• There's a garden area if you'd like to grow vegetables or other plants
• Lease ends 2/28/2018
• Utilities include water, trash, gas, electric and internet
• There is a $983 security deposit
• We are a mile away from the AMC Mercado
• There is a VTA stop two blocks away

The house includes a common living area, kitchen, backyard with a shed that includes a washer and dryer and plenty of street parking for your vehicle. We are close to the 101, Hwy 237, downtown Sunnyvale, and Santa Clara. We are looking for a man or woman, 30 years of age or less, college grad, working full-time in the area, and willing to be a part of a respectful living community.

There is a chance of re-signing the lease in February 2018, however there are no commitments or guarantees of continuing to live at the location or with the other two roommates once the lease has finished.

About the roommates - both Andrew and Justin went to college together and are in their mid-20’s. Justin is a healthcare designer at Stanford, and Andrew is currently back in school for Park Management and working towards becoming a full-time Park Ranger here in the Bay Area.

We are looking for someone that is clean, organized, a non-smoker, and respectful of a relaxed and calm living environment. We are looking for someone that is willing to contribute with cleaning of shared spaces and keep the house quiet at certain hours of the day to allow for proper rest of all roommates.
