Hello; I am a 25 year old male Stanford Engineering Grad Student looking for a private room at a reasonable rate. I would like kitchen privileges and W/D, parking for one small car. I do not drink, smoke, party; I am also trustworthy, quite and will be studying. There will also be times that I will be gone for more than a week-end here and there.
