Seeking a female student or visiting scholar to sublease a spacious bedroom in a 2-bedroom efficiency apartment in Quillen Highrise, Escondido Village. The room is furnished with a desk and chair, two bookshelves, twin bed with bedside table, sofa chair, and medium dresser (4 drawers). Additional storage space is also available in the hallway.

Since I will be returning after winter break, I will be leaving the majority of my belongings in the apartment. However, I will empty the closet and desk, and store various personal items so you can make yourself at home. Additionally, you are welcome to use any of my kitchen and cleaning supplies.

The apartment itself is quite small--it consists of a small kitchen with a bar table, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms. However, to make up for the absence of a common space, the rooms are quite spacious. It is perfect for a student lifestyle, and is walking distance from campus, Ray's Grill, and Arrillaga gym.
