I have a efficiency-type bedroom in EV to sublet. You have the room to yourself but you will share bathroom/kitchen with a male apartment-mate. A plus!, you are likely to have the whole apartment to yourself after mid-December for almost 2 weeks.

Rent is $846/mo and pro-rate to actual period of rent. I prefer someone to sublet the whole period. I'm looking for someone who is clean and respectful to the space. Since this is a short-term sublet. I will still have some of my belonging in the room but will make at least half of the closet space for you. I can provide clean sheets/blanket upon request. Kitchen is fully equipped and you are welcome to use pot/pan, microwave, espresso machine, blender, and mostly everything you can think of!

There will be a security deposit of $300 which will be returned in full after your sublet period. There will also be one-time cleaning fee of $30.

Please introduce yourself and let me know your preferred sublet period. I'm a little flexible. If the terms are good to both party, we can schedule a time to see the apartment and meet each other before finalizing this sublet.
