Sublet available in furnished 2-bedroom efficiency apartment in Escondido Village, Stanford campus over Winter Break.

Rent is $28.76 per day x 21 days = $603.96 for the full sublicense period. I’m looking for someone interested in subletting for the full sublicense period. Rent includes utilities and free laundry. Laundry machines are right in the building, in the basement. It also includes wifi and landline telephone services (There’s a landline in the apartment, which you can use to call any US number. The tech fee is included in the rent.)

The place is fully furnished: twin bed, desk, chair, bookshelves, cupboard, nightstand, and a large wardrobe. There are bike racks right outside, and the apartment is near a Stanford free shuttle bus stop.

As per Stanford sublicensing requirements, the subletter needs to be: affiliated with Stanford, female, over the age of 18, not an undergrad and not a high school student, and cannot smoke in the building. Also, the subletter cannot bring another person to live with them – i.e. only single occupancy.
