This is a huge master bedroom plus enormous walk-in closet and private bathroom within a 4 bedroom house. The master bedroom is located downstairs while the other 3 bedrooms are upstairs so you have maximum privacy. You'll be living with 3 other awesome Stanford graduate students in their later 20's. The house is fully furnished and the kitchen is stocked so you just need to move in with your bedroom stuff. You also get access to the private one-car garage and your room opens up to a nice private sideyard.

Room comes unfurnished, but there is potential to purchase furniture from me for cheap. Bedroom dimensions are approximately 14'x14' and closet is approximately 12'x6'.

I am moving up to SF since I'm graduating this quarter. Move-in date is December 1 (or possibly earlier) and the lease extends until end of July so a total of 8 months.

The house is located near the intersection of Santa Cruz and Fremont St just south of downtown Menlo Park. It's a 15-minute bike ride to campus. It is a 5-minute walk to downtown Menlo Park including Draeger's Supermarket (high-end grocery store) or a 10-minute walk to Trader Joes or Safeway. The location is perfect for all your needs.

We are looking for a Stanford graduate student or working professional, preferably female since the other 3 housemates are all female.

We also have an outdoor cat that periodically comes in upstairs and a friendly dog. Other pets are most likely not allowed since we already have a couple animals around. Laundry is coin operated on-site.
