I'm subletting my large furnished bedroom for the winter holidays, during which I will be traveling extensively. The apartment is available during December and January. Ideal dates are Dec 15th to January 31st, but I can be flexible about the first few weeks of December!

The rent is 1300 a month, all inclusive (e.g. Internet, utilities etc.). Incomplete months will be pro-rated.

The room will come fully furnished with lots of closet space, a luxurious king bed, a private bathroom, reading nook, and desk area.

You will have complete access to apartment open spaces including kitchen, living room, and patio! Roommates are both mid-twenties women working in bio-related research. We have two beautiful cats so you should like cats and not be allergic!

The apartment complex includes washer and dryer, and plenty of street parking nearby.

We are walking distance to Stanford and the Menlo Park cal train, as well as 3 grocery stores, a half dozen coffee shops, and restaraunts etc. in downtown Menlo Park on Santa Cruz ave.
