I'm subletting my large furnished bedroom for the winter holidays, during which I will be traveling. It is available during December and January. Ideal dates are Dec 11th to January 10th, but I can be flexible regarding the dates.

I pay $1600 a month, all inclusive (e.g. Internet, utilities etc.). I'm willing to lower the rate to $1400.

The room will come fully furnished with closet, a luxurious full size bed, a private bathroom, and desk area.

You will have complete access to apartment open spaces including a large kitchen and a living room. Roommates are female but will be gone during the holidays.

The apartment complex includes washer and dryer, and plenty of street parking nearby.
