Furnished 2-bedroom efficiency apartment in Escondido Village, Stanford campus over Winter Break.

Rent is $28.76 per day x 19 days = $546.44 for the full sublicense period. I’m especially looking for someone interested in subletting for the full sublicense period ($545) but am open to a partial sublease. Rent includes utilities and free laundry. Laundry machines are right in the building, in the basement. It also includes wifi and landline telephone services (There’s a landline in the apartment, which you can use to call any US number. The tech fee is included in the rent.)

The place is fully furnished: twin bed, desk, chair, bookshelves, cupboard, nightstand, and a large wardrobe. There are bike racks right outside, and the apartment is near a Stanford free shuttle bus stop.

As per Stanford sublicensing requirements, the subletter needs to be: affiliated with Stanford, female, over the age of 18, not an undergrad and not a high school student, and cannot smoke in the building. Also, the subletter cannot bring another person to live with them – i.e. only single occupancy.
