I'm subletting my EV studio 4 apartment from Dec 8 to July 3 (dates are somewhat flexible). It's a 2-minute walk to marguerite bus stop, 10-minute walk to campus, Starbucks, and walking distance to California avenue.

The room comes fully furnished, including full kitchenware. Free laundry is available in the same building.

I'm asking for $1,000 for the entire period plus $200 security deposit, which will be returned at the end of the sublease. If you are looking for a partial stay, it will be $45/day. Let me know.
