Seeking roommate to sublet an extra bedroom, which comes fully furnished. It's available December 23, 2017 through February 7, 2018, and I will pro-rate the rent for however many days you want to sublease. The apartment is a 2bd/1ba near downtown Redwood City, very close to Caltrain (12 minute walk), and about 5 miles north of Stanford's campus.

The bedroom is furnished with a full sized bed, lamps, a side table, and a full desk + chair. I can provide bed sheets, pillows, & linens as well. Common areas are all furnished.

About the roommates: I'm a 27 y.o. female staff member at Stanford. My partner is a 30 y.o. male, also on staff member at Stanford. We typically wake up early (6am) and go to bed early (9pm). We're laidback, and generally keep to ourselves. Very respectful of common space and roommates' quiet hours. We also have a 9 y.o. golden retriever mix, who is super friendly (never barks) and sleeps in our room pretty much 23 hrs a day.

Available sublease dates: December 23, 2017 through February 7, 2018.
Rent: $1400/month, all utilities, Internet, & Netflix are included. And as mentioned I will pro-rate your rent based on however many days you need to sublet.
