Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.

The sublet is available from 12/12/2017 to 01/07/2017. And the rate is prorated to 25 days, as the original rent per month is $1028. The room is in a 3BHK apartment and is fully furnished with a single bed, mattress, desk, chair, dresser, walk-in closet, heater and a bookshelf and plenty of storage space. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to main quad, stadium, and El Camino.
