I am a master's student in MS&E and will be leaving for LA. I have a lease through May and would like to sublet the place starting in late December or early January.

The room: a small single on the first floor of the house with a closet.

The house: 6 minute bike ride from campus on Princeton St (across the street from Escondido Village, i.e. follow Escondido all the way to the edge of campus and you'll be a few blocks from the house). The house has a living room, dining room, large kitchen, backyard, basement, two bathrooms (one full and one half).
