I'm subletting my large furnished bedroom for the winter holidays, during which I will be traveling. It is available during December and January. Ideal dates are Dec 11th to January 8th, but I can be flexible regarding the dates. I am paying 1600 a month, but willing to lower the rate to 1400 a month.

The room will come fully furnished with closet, a luxurious full size bed, a private bathroom, and desk area.

You will have complete access to apartment open spaces including a huge kitchen and a living room. Roommates will be gone during the holidays, so you will have the huge place all to yourself. The apartment complex includes washer and dryer, and plenty of street parking nearby.
