I have a studio available for sublet during the winter break (Dec. 15 - Jan. 7).

No preference as to gender or whether single or couple, but I hope you to use the room cleanly with room slipper.

Commercial heater and some of dishware are available during your stay.

You may choose to stay in a certain period within Dec. 15 - Jan. 7.

I will keep the deposit ($300) just in case and it will be fully refundable if there is no issue in the room.
