We have a sublet opening in our house in College Terrace starting December 21, but move-in can be as late as Jan 7 (rent will be pro-rated). The sublet is available for 2-3 months, and possibly longer on a month-to-month basis after that, as our current roommate will be moving back after an indefinite amount of time on the east coast. This situation is perfect for people just moving to the area!

The room is a second-floor bedroom in our 4bd/1.5ba house. It is furnished with a queen-sized bed and desk. It is carpeted with a small closet and a window facing the backyard. We’re a 10 minute bike ride to campus and 2 minute walk to Cal Ave’s restaurants, Sunday farmer’s market and Caltrain Station.

The current housemates are all Stanford graduates or current grad students in their mid-twenties (2 males, 1 female, and one very outgoing cat). We all enjoy having a clean home and hanging out together. The house has a large living area with a sweet home theater setup, a fully stocked kitchen and a cute backyard.

Rent is $1120 per month + utilities (usually ~$80).
Street parking is available for a $50 annual permit, or possibly in the driveway for no cost. We also have an extra bike available to borrow.
