Our place is fully furnished. We get our place cleaned every other week. the room is furnished with a queen bed and mattress, wardrobe with pant hanger, shoe racks, shelves, desk and chair. The rent is $1300 plus 1/3 of utilities and the cleaning cost.

we have in-unit laundry and attached gated garage.

You don't need to worry about toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, dish washer detergent, or any other cleaning supplies as they are already available in the house.

we have couch, sofa, 4k TV, dining table, fully furnished kitchen. You are more than welcome to use all the kitchenware (plates, pans, knives, forks, etc) but please wash after yourself right away and put them back.

We are young professionals. We are pet-free, non-smoker, don't do drugs, pretty chill / laid back. we are quiet but outgoing and very friendly. we don't usually cook during the week and only cook maybe every other weekend or so. We sometimes go for a hike over the weekend or biking across golden gate when the weather is nice.
