- This is a quiet, family centered suburban area.
- Stanford is 15-20 minutes by car depending on traffic. You must have daily use of a car to live here.
- Apple's new campus is very close and the Google Shuttle is around the corner.
- Microsoft, LinkedIn HQ, and Amazon are all nearby. 85 and 280 can be accessed easily,
- The Sunnyvale Caltrain station is about 20 min by bicycle.

- Two neighborhood shopping centers with a Safeway, banks, and lots of restaurants are all close.
- Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are nearby.
- There's a large city park nearby with picnic areas and lighted tennis courts.
Availability and Moving in
- The monthly rent is 850 and the room will be available from February 1 to May 31.
- Move-in is first month, last month, and a security deposit.
- We share utilities and Comcast internet.
