There is a huge backyard (perfect if you have a pup!), lots of natural light, and easy access to schools, grocery stores, Stanford (we all bike to work!), CalTrain (1 mile), and more. We love the house, but personal circumstances are forcing us to move. Fully furnished or not at all - up to you!

The place has it all: three bedrooms (all of which comfortably fit queen size beds and have big beautiful windows), one bathroom, a huge living room with fireplace and hammocks (if you want them!), a gas stove, dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer, and an attached garage. Bonus, there is also a 300 square foot detached workspace in the backyard that is carpeted and has electricity - it would be a great place for an office, workspace, etc.

Neighborhood is quiet and family oriented, but downtown Palo Alto is just a quick bike or car ride away.

Total rent is $4850/month (a steal for the area) and security deposit is $1000 (ALSO a steal).
