I'm subletting my studio for the next six and a half months at the rate of $47 a night. I'm interested in sub-letters who want to sublet either for the entire duration or for at least 2 months. The studio is either single occupancy or double occupancy for a couple.

It's a great fit if you are new to the area and look for a safe, peaceful and beautiful home with convenient location on campus to relax after busy work.The rent includes all utilities and high speed internet. I can also provide a bicycle for $10/day or for $200 for the entire duration which is the most convenient and popular way to get around.

The room is fully furnished and you can move in with just your luggage. Bedding, kitchenware, plates/utensils etc are all provided for free for your convenience but you will need to provide a security deposit. The amount will depend on the duration of your stay.
