This private and self contained apartment consists of 1 bedroom and a living room with kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, water kettle), bathroom, hallway, washer / dryer. Lots of storage. All is furnished, clean, light and airy. Wood floors in bedroom and living room. The rent includes all utilities including wifi. If required then the renter can rent a cable box and provide a TV.

The renter can use our beautiful front patio and store a bike if needed.
A car can be parked in front of our house. Parking spaces are always available.

Our house is located in a quiet street leading to a neighborhood park. Starbucks, Philz's, Safeway are in walking distance. 101 and 280 as well as Caltrain are easily accessible.

We live in the back of the house with our 2 cats.

If interested we might occasionally ask the renter for cat sitting in exchange for some rent reduction.
