I am about to travel for 2 months from March 9th until the first week of May. During that time I need someone to sublease my room. Duration within that 2 month period and actual start date are flexible.
Rent for the room is $1400/month (I currently pay $1935 i.e. this is a steal!) and utilities are not included but usually end up being about $50 a month or so.
The room is furnished and has large windows.
The apartment itself is half a block from Soul Cycle, Hot Cookie and the Castro Muni Stop, right in downtown Castro. You will be sharing the apartment with 3 awesome guys. They are all in their mid twenties and work in tech. We have a range of interests from rock climbing and mountaineering, to going to concerts and skiing. All 3 of the guys are very sociable and like to go out on the weekends. I know they would love to have someone take my place who can not just live there but also become friends with them. They also want someone who is clean and considerate. We tend to work late during the week but are very social on the weekend. Friends and guests are regularly welcome in our house.
The house is 4 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bathroom and the hallway has another full bathroom. You will be sharing the hallway bathroom with 2 of the other guys. We have always managed to keep the bathroom clean and never had scheduling issues with showers. The house has an open floorplan and was thoughtfully decorated.
