Single female individual looking to rent a furnished studio/in-law (or some sort of private suite with private entrance that fulfills the following requirements) with private full-bathroom, kitchenette (stove not required, but a plus), access to washer/dryer, and parking (street parking ok). Preferably in Palo Alto or Mountain View. Will rent starting mid-June for 6 months.
